so in .... with you

Whether it is right or it's wrong
I'm too weak to be strong

When you see your reflection
You say it isn't you
Then you turn the other way
And I'm watching you suffer
Yourself and your pain

To trust Him, no matter what

Back from Family Camp yesterday. As expected, I don't enjoy it. Haha! =p
But attending Family Camp will still be in my yearly must-do plan.
Why? Because I acknowledge that it is a necessity for the church to gather together as a family to do His will, simple as that.
It is not what I want, but what I need.

And I have learn to appreciate small little things in life, this really help to make my days in camp easier. Like spending some good times (eventhough limited) with BiBi, the Sunday School kids, Adam & Lip Seng's family, Yow Looi, Yen Teng, etc etc.
Lemuel is so sweet and cute, Karsten is blur but yet adorable, not to forget Amanda & Caitlin too =) Whenever I look at these 2 little girls, I can't help but think of Arielle. Miss her so much.
Sometimes I wound wonder, am I having some curse of not being able to keep my most love one close by my side...

And sis & the nieces are here for the holidays, their presence certainly help me to shoo away the gloominess, thank God for the right timing =)

Yesterday I when I was doing my QT, I came across this few verses in Isaiah:

“For my thoughts are not your thoughts,
neither are your ways my ways,” declares the LORD.
“As the heavens are higher than the earth,
so are my ways higher than your ways
and my thoughts than your thoughts.
As the rain and the snow come down from heaven,
and do not return to it without watering the earth
and making it bud and flourish,
so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater,
so is my word that goes out from my mouth:
It will not return to me empty,
but will accomplish what I desire
and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.
(Isaiah 55:8-11)

I only hope I could trust in Him more, knowing that He - the Creator of heaven & earth, the One who weave me in my mother's womb - will never be wrong, and will only give me what is right.

O Lord! Help me to trust in You and make You the center of my life!

It is a glorious thing to know that your Father God makes no mistakes in directing or permitting that which crosses the path of your life. It is the glory of God to conceal a matter. It is our glory to trust Him, no matter what.
